Why donate to W.B.F Lighthouse Outreach Center

W.B.F Lighthouse Outreach Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, offers an opportunity for those who’d like to give generously to support our mission to empower the community to meet their needs and also give freely to the worthy causes they are really passionate about.

A Giver can support our mission with donations through grants, small donations or even in kind giving. All donations are 100% used to provide services to those in need. Food drives and food donations are always welcomed, please drop off at the facility during the hours of operation. 

Partnership is vital to the ongoing work that it takes to make life a normal reality for everyone. Having consistent, faithful partners who give helps ensure the issues in our community are not overlooked but are taken seriously.

The funds are used as follows:

Food Pantry purchases, Soup Kitchen, clothing, books for literacy programs, back pack programs for students returning to school and scholarships. We also facilitate seniors in Nursing homes and Veterans. We are also working on Philanthropic collaboration with other Nonprofits with likeminded missions. Our donors will receive tax deductible statements. There will be a balanced distribution of funds collected throughout every area of the Lighthouse’s mission and keep the donors updated on our accomplishments.
