The W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center is a short-term resource site for families, children, seniors, and veterans. We are committed to responding to the needs of our community through the distribution of clothing, food, and other supportive services.
The W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center Board Members and volunteers envision a community in which everyone in need has access to sufficient nutritious food and clothing. Our mission is to encourage and lend a helping hand to our neighbors by creating equitable access to food and clothing in an environment, that respects their privacy and dignity. Our lighthouse team strives to be a “light” in one’s time of crisis. By serving with commitment, compassion, and integrity meeting the holistic needs of our community is our main goal.

We are committed to responding to the needs of our community through the distribution of clothing and food and other supportive services. We are aware that the community is suffering from high unemployment rates, violence, and lack of resources. We aim to be a beacon of light to our community and ensure them that, “You are not alone, W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center is here to help.”
W.B.F Lighthouse Outreach Backpack Program
The backpack program provides easy to prepare meals to school aged children who may otherwise go without. We strongly encourage individuals and partners to join us in empowering or local committees.

W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization sharing the goal of preventing childhood hunger. W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center is more than food boxes and clothing give away. We service our community with back-to-school supplies and health awareness information in a variety of ways. W.B.F. Lighthouse Outreach Center also provides seasonal programs such as but not limited to household Thanksgiving dinners and adopt a family Christmas holiday program. Together as a team we can move forward toward our vision of a fully nourished community.
